This quiet, country home is minutes away from Beaches, Wineries, the Arroyo Grande Village & Lopez Lake. Enjoy peace & tranquility while taking in the views of rolling hills, meadows, vineyards, deer, birds, and even a partial ocean view from your deck (on clear days)! We have 3 dogs, 1 goat, 11 chickens & 2 cows on our 7 acre property. Sometimes we have pigs too! If you are interested in a tour, feeding the animals, or if you have young kids who want a tractor ride, please be sure to ask!

Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. We live on five acres and have several farm animals, including two dairy cows, pigs, chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. Newly constructed modern farmhouse architecture, close to San Luis Obispo (20 minutes), Cal Poly (22 minutes), wine tasting (3 minutes), Pismo Beach (15 minutes), Lopez Lake (13 minutes), and the Village of Arroyo Grande (5 minutes). The guest room offered is a turn-key apartment, connected to our home but with a separate entrance and no door from the main home. Complete privacy!
