"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie con bambini (e' a disposizione letto Baby Farma per l'infanzia) e chiaramente non manca la macchina del caffe' Nespresso . "Il Mulino" ha il suo ingresso indipendente a cui si accede tramite una comoda scalinata, una zona esterna attrezzata per momenti di relax e per pranzare all'aperto. Piscina RISCALDATA (dal 2025) con impianto a sale da condividere con gli altri ospiti, solarium. L'interno si trova in un unico piano con due camere matrimoniali, bagno con doccia e zona giorno/cucina.
