Surrounded by farm land the peace and tranquillity of the house can be enjoyed whilst watching the cows & horses graze in the paddocks close by. Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

A peaceful haven. Set in a tranquil garden, you will be able to relax and enjoy this charming two-bedroom cottage using it as a wonderful base to explore Timboon and the Great Ocean Road. Suited to couples and small families, Parker’s Cottage is located less than a 10-minute drive to Timboon’s fabulous cafes, shops and supermarket. Other attractions include Timboon Fine Ice Cream, Timboon Distillery and Berry World. We provide linen, towels and some basic breakfast and pantry provisions.

Originally the married mens quarters on the farm, fitting 2 married couples, this shack has been extensively renovated and modernised in to a comfortable getaway for a family or couple wanting a weekend or more away from it all, the shack is part of a historic old sheep farm in Western Victoria that is still operated by the family of the original squatter, an easy drive to the Grampians or the world renown 12 Apostles or just stay on the farm and have a look at a farming lifestyle.
