Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

3.5 miles to Turner Falls! Enchanting View Cabin.

Nestled among the mature trees and the beautiful pristine hill/pasture view of the Arbuckles. A perfect setting for a romantic get away for 2 or a family /friends fun day at Turner Falls! Once inside the property, you feel so secluded for the very coveted peace & quiet afforded by the beauty of nature. Only less then 4 miles fromTurner falls, Fried pies and Smoking Jo's, & 6 miles from town for nearest grocery and great coffee at Iron Wolf! A great jumping point for all this natural and fun!

Horse country stay near multiple trailheads

This apartment has one queen bed and also a queen air mattress if needed. A full bath with shower, and kitchen. This is on a working horse/cow ranch and we do have stalls for boarding. We have dogs, chickens, peacocks, horses, and cows. Enjoy the view of our peacocks outside the patio door for a unique experience. Private entrance with keypad entry. Near Lake Ray Roberts, LBJ Grasslands, and Trophy Club trailheads and several others. There will be farm noise, but typically very peaceful.

The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). For those wanting to get away to the lake, venture in to Whitesboro or just enjoy a little time in the country, this home can provide a place to stay close by. The open concept main floor and the four bedrooms can easily accommodate families or several couples.

The perfect getaway on 20 acres of pure farm bliss! 4 miles from the Choctaw Casino & Resort. Our home includes a full kitchen, Smart TV, and is pet-friendly! Please keep in mind that we are in the country and live on a dirt road. We have a horse and chickens that will be happy to greet you on your arrival. *As the pictures indicate, the Airbnb is behind the main home. We do live on the property but will have 100% privacy.
