Enjoying a peaceful setting in the Kent countryside, Copse Corner cottage provides an ideal location for a relaxing holiday and a chance to unwind. The cottage is very well equipped and is furnished to a high standard with access to private patio area overlooking a woodland habitat which enjoys a wide variety of wildlife. Nestled in the Kent countryside you will find this traditional oak framed self-catering hideaway with luxury finishes and beautiful surroundings. With stunning view and the historic village of Chilham just a short walk away, Copse Corner is an ideal location to explore the Garden of England. Set within the 4 acres of the Owners property and adjoining a private woodland and meadow, this is a perfect romantic retreat for a holiday or stolen weekend away and also a wildlife watcher's paradise! Copse Corner features a cosy open plan living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has a country feel with Smeg induction hob and compact oven/microwave, a small fridge freezer, Nespresso machine with selection of capsules. A further separate utility room is available with a washing machine and laundry facilities. The living area features a wood-burning stove, especially useful on those chilly autumn nights, and a free supply of logs. The comfy seating area is an ideal place to relax and unwind, with a small selection of books and games available. Duck down through the quirky low doors to access the patio which is set in a quiet corner adjacent to the woodland and meadow. The bistro table and chairs offer the perfect spot to enjoy the birdsong and fresh country air, you may even catch a glimpse of the pheasants as well as other wildlife. Maybe take the opportunity to dine al fresco or enjoy breakfast (with the Owners' hens providing the eggs, when available). A dedicated parking space is available near to the Owners property. The Owners live close-by and are on hand should you need them, but otherwise will not disturb your stay. A warm welcome awaits our visitors who we are sure will have a truly memorable holiday. If we are not on-site please do not hesitate to call or text on our mobiles The cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is a short walk from the historic village of Chilham with its Tudor period homes, tea room, 2 pubs and gift shop. Canterbury is a short car or train journey away. Within easy reach of London (37 minutes by high speed train from St Pancras to Ashford followed by a connection to Chilham Railway station). A peaceful setting to sit back and enjoy, or for those seeking something more energetic, try the walks and cycle routes nearby. A car is not essential for your stay as we are approximately 1 mile from the mainline railway at Chilham. Although trains can be few and far between so please check timetables before deciding on this option.

Independent accommodation with private parking, 20 minutes walk from Canterbury City Centre, on a bus route, 5 mins Kent cricket grounds and Local Sainsbury store. Accommodation is split over 2 floors with King size bed on upper floor. Toilet and Shower room are on ground floor with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, DVD Player and Bose Radio/ CD player in the sitting room. Small dining table and outdoor eating space. WiFi included. Self check-in [ lock box with code].

Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by orchards, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. The studio is blissfully quiet, set back from the cottage with its own entrance under a vine-covered pergola, with access to a large garden. Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

Enjoy candle lit evenings in the giant tub ideal for couples to share or unwind in the hot tub. Ideal for couples but can sleep 4 plus travel cot.

Kent home with a view

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Please note pool heating is not turned on until about mid-end of May and turned off in September. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 20 min to Canterbury

The Old Wash House - built 1775

The Old Wash House is set in the heart of the village of Littlebourne. There is on street parking if you're driving and a frequent bus service which runs into Canterbury and Sandwich every 30 minutes from right outside the property if you're not! You are a 5 minute drive from Canterbury with its rich history, art and culture, great shopping and restaurants and dining. The coast is just a 20 minute drive away too. The Old Wash House is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

A little hidden gem, ideal for any getaway!

Rose Lodge is a beautiful park home set within the grounds to our home. The property is entered via electric gates, with parking for two cars, private courtyard garden and use of lawn area to front. The property boasts central heating, wifi, TV, two bedrooms, master bedroom benefiting from an en-suite toilet, family shower room, open plan lounge/dining and kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and integrated fridge/freezer. To the side is a private courtyard garden and parking.

Guest House

Our guesthouse is in our back garden, we are in main house if you need any assistance. Property is on quiet street in Margate just mile away from Margate centre. Little guesthouse based on a couple stay. Family of 4 could be accommodate ( 2 adults, 2 children) if they happy to share sofa bed (additional charge). Property has bedroom with double bed, living space with small kitchen which includes kettle, toaster and mini fridge. Parking near the house. Entrance through the garden side gate.

A newly refurbished, quiet, self-contained guest house and private garden space. The house contains a kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, hobs, dining and living area. Separate bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite toilet and shower room. Excellent WiFi and TV plus DVD’s are included. Situated in the lovely village of Wingham, local to Canterbury, Sandwich, Dover many beautiful beaches, nature reserves, wildlife parks, castles, fabulous walks and lots more!

The Whitstable Oyster - a self-contained studio

The Whitstable Oyster is a private, self-contained studio in a converted side building of our family home. Situated on a quiet road, it’s a 10-minute walk to Whitstable’s high street and around 20 minutes to the beach, with a Co-op close by. Inside, you’ll find a king-size bed, TV, compact kitchen with hob and combi-oven, dining table, sofa, and a separate shower room with toilet. Free street parking is available. A practical and comfortable base to enjoy Whitstable from.

Spacious detached modern annexe

A private independent generously sized detached annexe building within a countryside setting yet 5 mins drive to Canterbury city centre and the Uni. Accessed via secure metal gates on a long private gravel driveway situated along the route of the original 'Crab and Winkle' railway. The 1st regular steam passenger railway in the world. The property is not visible from the road. The nearest pub is The Hare at Blean situated in Blean and literally a five min drive away.
