We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Le gîte est sur notre propriété, mais est totalement indépendant de notre maison.

In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Entre Sarlat-La-Canéda et Montignac-Lascaux à Saint-Geniès, le Gîte de la Prairie, conçu pour 2 personnes, est une petite maison périgourdine entièrement rénovée en 2022, au confort moderne avec sa climatisation réversible, sa piscine privée et chauffée, son barbecue et sa plancha sous sa terrasse semi-ouverte. Le Gîte de La Prairie vous attend pour des moments de détente assurée, pour un séjour privé ou professionnel, entouré de nature sur les 22 ha de notre propriété familiale.

La Maison des Coeurs

A tranquil rustic location, enjoy days by the pool, walks in the forest or evenings on the terrace. We accept pets by special arrangement. A refundable 300 euro security deposit will be required 3 days before your stay. we'll email you when this is due along with the rental contract required in France. In the winter months there will be a small 30euro heating fee per any stay over 3 days or more. The pool is open from June to Mid September and is not heated.
