This is where they throw the cross on the 6th of January (Epiphany Celebration). It is a favorite year round destination for walks, picnics and relaxation. There is a library, tennis courts and wall as well as a boat ramp. Manatees visit much of the year and dolphins come in to feed as well. There are many activities throughout the year but none bigger than the annual Arts Festival.

City park with tennis courts and boat ramp. Nice area to walk and check out the Manatees during our cooler months. Also the bayou in witch the annual Greek Epiphany celebration takes place.

Take a walk along the bayou. Beautiful historic homes and in the winter you run into a manatee or 10. This is also a nice place to play tennis or use the play ground. At christamas there is a boat parade and the luminary lighting. It’s also the site of the largest epiphany celebration in the country in January. Check the calendar for other events.
