Right next door to the Inn with amazing sandwiches (large - you might want to share them). Abbie used to run the Sebastian's market in San Simeon and this is even better. Open Tuesday - Sun for lunch.

I love this place because of the quaint atmosphere , the grassfed/organic burgers and meatloaf sandwiches. There is a cute patio out back and also seating outside in the front. Inside there are cozy antique tables and rustic atmosphere.. I haven't had anything I didn't like and the sandwiches are so plentiful! They are open from 11am to 4pm.

Some of the tastiest sandwiches around and portions big enough to share. Friendly staff, great selections and specials, and a cute indoor seating area as well as a lovely outdoor garden patio. Choose from beers, wine, sodas, etc to drink.
