Hold on to your tastebuds, because it's gonna be an adventure. This is our favorite Sichuan restaurant in HK, and we love our spices. They are very traditional in their technique, and VERY liberal on their amount of spice! Wash it all down with a few bottles of Tsing Tao. Don't say we didn't warn you
