Hike about 2.1-km out-and-back trail near Saint Andrew, Saint Andrew. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1 h to complete. This is a popular trail for birding, monkeys, hiking, and walking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime.

The Seven Sisters waterfall is located at the Grand Etang National Park and arguably one of the most interesting adventures at the park. It is picturesque with fantastic scenery, and falls., in the heart of pure nature. It’s a fun challenge, the hike takes about 30 mins. A pair of trainers and repellant is advised and also the use of a stick as the trail can be slippery. This set of waterfalls is a hidden gem, a beautiful sight and a true adventure mainly used by the locals. Comprised of two sublime waterfalls that plunge more than 70 feet into crystal pools. Together they make up the island's highest waterfall. It has easy to access, fun place to swim. You can walk right up to the falls!
