Located in America’s first city built in the 1500s and the original home of Christopher Colombus. It is a national historic landmark and a relic of Santo Domingo’s illustrious past. The Colonial Zone is known for its pedestrian streets. There are outdoor cafés and restaurants line the streets of the Plaza España.
