The second most popular ski resort - Grand Targhee provides the same world-class snow as Jackson Hole Mountain Resort - at 30% of the cost. You may find just a few less celebrities on this mountain - but you wont feel short on challenging terrain and beautiful mountain views.

Grand Targhee Ski Resort is about an hour from our location. Even though it's in Wyoming, you'll have to cross Teton Pass through Idaho to get there from here. There's also a bus service available that includes transportation and lift tickets. It's popular among the locals to see which side of the mountains gets more snow and ski there. Although Targhee is a little farther away, it's often less crowded than other resorts, so it has a friendly hometown feel.
