Our apartment is on the 2nd floor up a spiral staircase and through the blue glazed door. The apartment shares its main street level entrance with the flat across the hall (13D) and is all yours for the duration of your stay. Dumfries is a busy market town in the South West of Scotland surrounded by beautiful countryside with many castles and beaches. Our chalet is in our large, well managed garden. While it is near our house, and we are happy to chat to you we are also very happy to leave you to do your own thing. There are great cycling routes in this region, and we have a garage with tools for bicycle maintenance. The house is surrounded by fields with cows and sheep so some countryside noises can be expected. Parking space in garden
