There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Truro is just a short 10 minute drive away and the loft is centrally located to explore the whole of Cornwall. It is excellently located for the hospital.

The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible.
