Single room available to rent in a cosy, friendly and clean house in Leyton, East London. Location The house is in a quiet, residential area ideally located for visiting all parts of London and beyond. It is 5 minutes walk to Leyton tube station which is on the Central line with easy, direct access to Central London. 2 minutes to Stratford, the Olympic Park & Westfield shopping Centre, 10 minutes to the City and 20 minutes to the West End. 2 minutes walk to local bus services including night buses on Leyton High Road. Good links to all London airports including Stansted, London City, Heathrow & Gatwick and all major London Train stations are easily accessible by tube. Also excellent road links serving all parts of the UK. Local Amenities The local area has a variety of good restaurants, friendly pubs, supermarkets and shopping facilities. There are good local sports facilities in the area, these include a swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, golf range, ice skating and horse riding centre. There is a local park 2 minutes walk away and Epping Forest is close by. Accommodation The private room which is situated upstairs at the back of the house is light, airy and nicely decorated. It is fully carpeted, the furniture is in good condition and consists of a single bed, wardrobe, drawers and dressing table. Fresh towels and Bed linen are provided and changed on a weekly basis or when required. All other facilities are communal and available for guests to use. (The maximum number of people staying in the house at any one time is four including myself.) These include: Bathroom - on the same floor as the private room; it is fully tiled, with hand basin, toilet, bath and shower. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor of the house. Kitchen – This is on the ground floor and has a hob, oven, grill, and microwave and there is a breakfast bar to sit at if required. There is a washer/dryer also available for use. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for guests to use and there is ample cupboard and fridge space available. Living and Dining area – Also on the ground floor it is comfortably furnished with wooden flooring. There are 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs, desk space, computer and wi fi access if you need it. There is a 46" HD TV, all Sky and cable channels available, TiVo box, DVD, blu-ray player and radio/CD player. There is also a small back garden and on-street parking is available on request. Other Info English breakfast, packed lunches and supper can be provided at a small extra charge. Continental Breakfast, tea, coffee and soft drinks are included in the price. There is also a twin bedded room available for rent in the same house so ideal for a family of 3 or 3 friends sharing who want to spend time in London in good quality accommodation at a reasonable rate. Our home is on a lovely quiet residential street in Turnpike Lane. We have neighbours either side with kids and parties are not allowed. Our neighbours are our friends and we need them to feel at home in their homes - therefore ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 9pm. This house has been recently renovated to the highest standards and includes: First floor - Hallway - Reception room with TV and two couches. One sofa is a sofa bed in case you need extra bedding. - Kitchen / diner which faces onto the garden. This is my favourite room in the house as the sun shines in constantly and it's a bright, happy and lovely entertaining space - Family bathroom with shower - Master bedroom with 4 poster bed (king size) - Our take on shabby chic with a single bed - The green room which overlooks the garden (king size) The loft - The loft is a huge open plan space with moroccan overtones, it houses a low bed, double doors to a juliette balcony, en suite and a sofa & chill-out area. Sofa can twin as a sofa bed if you need to accommodate extra people Our home is NOT for parties. One night bookings (supplement levied) The house and garden is yours for the duration. A house manual is emailed to you in advance of your arrival. We also have a self service check-in option. The area is vibrant with many new shops, restaurants, and cafes, and good travel links too. Sushi Heads is an amazing Japanese restaurant close by, or choose from the many neighbourhood Turkish restaurants, the best in London. The host reserves the right to ask guests for a copy of their ID's upon arrival. Only paying guests can access the house, until previously agreed with the host in advance. Entire 3 bed spacious & cosy house in N London

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful spacious home in the tranquil Tower Gardens conservation area. Please note that we have two lovely cats and part of staying will be feeding the cats morning and night. They are very sociable and well behaved. If you want to go away for a few days our neighbours can feed them while you are away. Note we don't have a TV. We are a short bus ride to a range of public transport which give easy access to all of Londons wonderful sights and attractions.

Our lovely Victorian terraced house has an eat-in kitchen, family bathroom, downstairs toilet & two living rooms (one is reserved for guests' exclusive use after 7pm), plus garden with patio. The room is a large, garden-facing double with a very comfortable mattress. Guests share the communal spaces with myself, my husband and our three young sons (aged 18 months, 4 and 7). We try our best to keep the noise down but please be aware that this is a busy family home!
