Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Designed and built by local craftsmen, with no near neighbours. Private, off grid wood fired hot tub adjacent to the hut ( logs supplied). Boasts amazing views over open farmland, a perfect retreat to relax and unwind. Close to Polzeath beach which is a 25 minute walk across the golf course.. Luxury interior, mini kitchen ( no oven), ensuite bathroom ( yes, inside the Hut!), wood burning stove, and comfy double bed . Private outside area, with a BBQ ( charcoal NOT supplied), and storage shed .

Upper Pityme has its own small open plan outside area & provides smart self-contained accommodation and countryside views. There is easy access to the stunning beaches one mile walk away. Situated at the top of the lovely seaside resort of Rock,Upper Pityme has it's own private entrance & parking. Includes: double bedroom, open plan kitchen, dining, living space & WiFi . Lovely pub nearby & short walk to local shops, eateries and coast. We also have a sofa (bed ) n the lounge for 2 people.

Perfectly situated on the North Cornish Coast

Little Haven is a comfy cabin, with off-road parking. The property sits at the gateway to the picturesque Sandy beach of Rock, which is a 15/20 min walk. Rock ferry runs regularly to the famous fishing town of Padstow which offers excellent places to eat. Also nearby is the surfing beach of Polzeath. A short drive away is Port Isaac, home to the Fisherman's Friends and Doc Martin. Pityme Pub a 2 min walk, offers food including breakfast The property has a mini fridge, sink, kettle and toaster.

Scarrabine farmhouse annex is in a beautiful, quiet coastal location. Easy free parking unlike Port Isaac! Amazing sea views and sunsets from the bedroom. Located just above Port Quin, 1 mile from Port Isaac (as the crow flys). Open plan barn conversion, spacious living area and lovely sunny outside seating area. 10 mins walk to Port Quin and the coastpath. 35 mins walk to Port Isaac on the inland footpath. 10 mins drive to the surf at Polzeath. A great base to explore either on foot or by car.

The Cob - Polzeath / Rock - Stunning Barn

My husband converted this Cob Barn into a beautiful one level cottage. Full of character, and very comfortable and cosy! It is perfect for either one family with up to three children or two couples. Fantastic location as we are one mile from Polzeath and two miles from Rock. However, we are in a very rural spot so far from the maddening summer crowds - yet on the doorstep of everything. We welcome dogs but do charge a small extra cleaning charge of £15 per dog. Please do check with us first.

The Apple at the Orchard is a unique, self contained timber framed building on the outskirts of Wadebridge, Cornwall. The Apple sits in the gardens of Jon and Lucy’s house, The Orchard. It has one bedroom, an open plan living room / kitchen with a double sofa bed for 2 additional guests, if needed. Cot available on request. A private outdoor space with access to our shared woodland, gardens and play equipment. 20mins from the famous beaches of North Cornwall; Polzeath, Rock and Padstow.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

While Cornwall is famous for it's raw majestic beauty, there are still some relatively undiscovered little gems, such as Porthilly, on the Camel Estuary. Our idyllic chalet is conveniently located only a few minutes walk from Porthilly beach, on the edge of the small, peaceful and unspoilt Porthilly Beach Holiday Park. This compact studio for two is within walking distance of shops, Porthilly beach & Rock beach, restaurants & wonderful coastal walks close by.Sailing & water skiing are available in the estuary. A good base to stay & get away from it all at an affordable price. Please note that there is no outside space. There is no wi fi at the moment. Parking for one car.
