This is an ideal location to explore the many beautiful beaches and places of interest along the North Cornwall coast. The coastal villages of Boscastle, Tintagel, and Port Isaac are close by, as well as award winning beaches at Bude, Widemouth Bay and Polzeath. Bodmin Moor is easily accessible and walkers can enjoy the fantastic views from the top of Rough Tor.

Cancleave has been in our family since 1962. During the winter of 2020/21 it underwent a complete reconstruction to create a modern, energy-efficient and supremely comfortable retreat. On a clear night the stars are amazing. Daphne du Mauriers Jamaica Inn is within easy reach as is Boscastle, Padstow.

Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.
