There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. Pepper Cottage is tucked away in a quiet spot in the heart of St Agnes. It’s a 500m walk to the village centre which boasts an abundance of amenities; cafes, pubs, bakery, butchers and veg shop. Trevaunance cove is less than a miles walk. The house has everything you need for a cosy stay year round. Perfect for families, couples and solo travellers. The South West Coast path is on the doorstep and neighbouring beaches Porthtowan and Perranporth are only a 5 minute drive.

The place is conveniently situated in a residential area in central Truro and can be used as a base to explore the city and the county of Cornwall. It provides easy access to public transport and is a 10-minute walk away from the city centre, shops and restaurants. The annex will be spotlessly clean on arrival.
