Het heeft een gemeenschappelijke ontbijt/keuken-ruimte waar u goed kunt vertoeven. Buiten kunt u heerlijk relaxen in de lounge-set op de vlonder aan de Kromme Rijn.

Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Koetshuis ’t Bolletje is een sfeervol, vrijstaand verblijf op het opengestelde NSW-landgoed De Bol op Redichem, onderdeel van het 17e-eeuwse wandelpark ’t Rondeel. Het verblijf draagt bij aan de instandhouding en het beheer van het natuurschoon, en is beschikbaar als tijdelijke accommodatie voor wandelaars en natuurliefhebbers. Gasten kunnen het opengestelde deel van het landgoed verkennen. Basisvoorzieningen zijn aanwezig, in harmonie met rust, historie en natuurlijke omgeving.

The cottage is a renovated barn in the back, overlooking the meadows in the beautiful area of Schoonrewoerd. The 1 bedroom cottage is fully equiped , Kitchen, Bathroom and a 2nd toilet. It is 60 sq/m big and can host up to 4 people. Ideally 2 adults & 2 children, but 4 adults is possible (for a few days) but it might be a bit crowdy. You can enjoy your own private garden near the water, you will have easy and private access to the cottage via the right side of our farmhouse.

We propose to you our characteristic spacious farm house to enjoy nature with your family or a group, max. 7 adults. Children are very welcome, but the house is not equipped with stair gates, etc. Located in the farmlands, while very centrally in the country and only 2 minutes from the highway just south of Utrecht. The house is fully renovated and equipped with all necessities. Several biking and walking routes pass by the farm. The nearest shopping mall is 2 km away.
