You can walk to the local market, restaurants and downtown Tybee Island. You can see the pier from the deck and of course the ocean. I love hosting guests at my home and the reviews say it all. King bedroom with new memory foam mattress. You have a bar fridge/ freezer for your drinks, toaster,microwave, electric tea kettle and Kuerig coffee maker. No kitchen, bathroom sink is for washing. Great back deck with umbrella. Easy 5-8 minute walk to beach, back river, grocery store, several restaurants (Ajs Dockside & Stingrays, 2 most popular) 10 minute walk to Tybrisa St & Pier. (16th St) We live on 12th. 420 & LGBTQ friendly.
