Walk 3.min. across the field to access 1000 ft of private, southern exposure Puget Sound beach. Leashed pets are welcome w/a $45 pet fee.

Our home is located in Central Tacoma. It is fully furnished with 2 beds, a living room with a small dining table, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom & outdoor firepit area with a grill. This is the bottom level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals! We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.

Our favorite item is the 1950s jukebox loaded with old classics. It's relaxing to watch the old mechanism hum to life and crank out hit after hit like we just elected Eisenhower. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is reasonably spacious for a one-bedroom. You should have everything you need for a short or long-term stay!
