Charakteristisch sind eine offene Raumgestaltung mit hohen Wänden, helle Räume und eine Wendeltreppe, die von außen den Zugang bildet. In der Zeit Ihrer Buchung haben nur Sie Zugang zum Apartment.

Das Atelier liegt im 2.Stock eines modernisierten Bauernhauses in spektakulärer Lage. Das Anwesen befindet sich am Abhang der höchsten Erhebung vor den Alpen im nördlichen Chiemgau. Vom Hof aus bietet sich ein Blick nach Osten weit über das land und nach Süden auf die Bergkette.Der Chiemsee liegt ca. 25 km entfernt, in der Gemeinde ist ein Badesee in wunderschöner Lage. Wir betreiben eine Biolandwirtschaft mit Hühnern, Bienen und Freilandschweinen und kleiner Schafzucht.
