Having just undergone a complete remodel involving everything in the house it is ready to host you in comfort, in style, and in privacy. One bedroom with a queen size bed, one bath, kitchen, living area and a small open porch to enjoy the view of the patio. Weekly cleaning service is provided at no additional cost. Electricity and personal items are NOT included. 1 pet maximum with a one time fee of $80. Can be paid at check in (Pet must be friendly since other guests and pets share the same property) Check-out time is at 11:00a.m, any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day ($120).
