Charmant studio rénové de 21 m² avec balcon ensoleillé situé à Tignes le Lavachet (à 5min à pied de Tignes le Lac) dans une petite résidence très calme au 2ème étage, proche des commerces et restaurants. L'été, la station est très animée avec le Bike Park et le Lac. L'hiver, la piste de ski commence juste derrière la résidence, avec les remontées (Paquis et Chaudannes) à quelques mètres, ainsi que la piste du Lavachet pour débuter (téléski gratuit).
