Apartamento completamente nuevo (2024) para que disfrutes de tu estancia en Valencia. Consta de una habitación con dos camas y sofá cama en el salón. El apartamento tipo Loft tiene un dormitorio separado del salón comedor/cocina por una cortina. Consta de un gran ventanal con screem para oscurecer por completo la habitación. Tiene vistas a la calle por dónde se puede apreciar los árboles del río y el Corte Ingles. El salón tiene un sofá/cama para 1 persona y en dónde está situada la televisión. Cocina completamente equipada, aire acondicionado, calefacción central, wifi, TV en el salón y en la habitación. La cocina está totalmente equipada, tiene friegaplatos, nevera, congelador, cafetera, hervidor, tostadora, microondas, etc. Está equipado con cocina completa, con todos los pequeños y grandes electrodomésticos incluyendo lavaplatos, calentador de agua, micro. Dispones de un baño con luz relajante, ducha y secador, en este mismo espacio se halla la lavadora, plancha y utensilios de limpieza. Cuarto de baño con toallas y secador. Dispone de plancha y tabla y lavadora. Te suministraremos toallas y ropa de cama. También tienes una caja fuerte en la habitación con sus instrucciones encima de la misma. Dispones de un mantel bajo el cajón del horno para poner en la mesa de madera para poder conservarla en buen estado. Dispones de 112 litros de agua caliente para ducharte, cantidad suficiente para ducharse 4 personas. Si te quedas sin agua caliente tendrás que esperar 1 hora hasta que se vuelva a calentar. En el mismo edificio existen 8 apartamentos con parecidas características, 2 de ellos con amplias terrazas. A la vez que está muy bien ubicado, a la hora de descansar estas aislado de los ruidos externos. DEPORTES Situado al lado del cauce del río, con un jardín de 6 km de extensión por donde podrás disfrutarlo tanto a pie corriendo o en bici, practicar diferentes deportes como escalada de rocódromo, rugby o fútbol. Ubicado muy cerca de las pistas de atletismo y tenis. También tenéis la posibilidad de practicar natación o asistir al gimnasio de uso por horas o por meses (2 minutos andando). ALREDEDORES Alquiler de bicicletas con o sin visitas guiadas en varios idiomas. Zona comercio Nuevo centro, El Corte Inglés, decatlón, cines Yelmo, bolera, supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes a 2 minutos del apartamento. Varios restaurantes de gran calidad muy cercanos: marroquí, vegetariano, tapas típicas, Italiano. Parque infantil a 100 metros. Espectáculo de flamenco, conciertos en directo, talleres de madera, de cerámica muy cercanos.

The room is located on the 1st floor of a new-construction building (in an area where most buildings are mainly over 100 years old), which has an elevator. It features a spacious living room, a gracious street-facing balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, one bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Large windows fill the living room area with plenty of natural daylight. The two sofas are the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing, or enjoy a film in the flat screen TV. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area and features a table that seats 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities, a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dish washer and washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer, basic kitchen condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others) plus utensils for washing crockery, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. The bedroom features a comfy king-sized bed (150 x 190cm), a walking closet and an extra closet, so there will be enough room for your clothes and luggage. The towels supplied are for use in the apartment only; if you plan to go to the beach, I kindly ask you to bring your own towels. Bathroom is equipped with hairdryer, and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. Fast WIFI High-Speed Internet connection and integrated air conditioning / heating system is available. If you need a baby cot for your baby, just ask! The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. You will have access to the entire home. For stays of more than 28 days, the costs of supplies (water, electricity and WIFI) are included up to a limit of € 150 / month, enough to enjoy all the comforts of the house. The tenant would pay the difference in case of exceeding this limit.
