A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

L’appartamento si trova in pieno centro storico ad Aosta, di fronte alle Porte Pretoriane a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Aosta. L’alloggio è disposto su due piani: al piano inferiore c’e il soggiorno con angolo cottura accessoriato con tutto l’occorrente e un divano letto a 2 posti e al piano superiore ci sono la camera da letto con letto matrimoniale o 2 letti singoli e il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. TV lcd, forno, rilevatore gas. Wi-Fi in tutto l’appartamento.

Please note that this lovely tiny home is situated away from the town centre. It is about 1 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bus, or 4 mins by car. Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. In September 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

CIR 0124 Accogliente bilocale di 50 mq appena fuori dal centro storico e dalla via pedonale che attraversa la città di Aosta. A pochi passi dall’Ospedale Parini e a circa 500 metri di distanza dall’ovovia che porta al comprensorio sciistico e al bike Park di Pila. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie alla mano in cerca di sport e natura, relax e tranquillità o smartworking.
