Enjoy spring and summer sun, the grape harvest in autumn, and the truffle season from October to March. 10 min from amenities in Valréas, and 15 min from the beautiful villages of Grignan and Nyons. Weddings, parties and events not accepted.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
