The modern, airy ground floor apartment with private veranda has a double room, a living room with convertible sofa bed, a small but well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with rainfall shower. The place is well located regarding the famous beaches of Falassarna, Elafonisi and Balos, the town of Chania and is easy to reach from Chania Airport.

It has a large veranda and courtyard with a garden where there is a 6-meter-tall plane-tree, that gives its shadow during the day, from which the house is named.

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
