It has been designed as your "home away from home" with complete kitchen, private bath, living and dining areas. Balconies from both levels of the home provide spectacular views of the cleanest laguna in Nicaragua. The tranquil enviroment is home to countless migrating and indigenous birds. We hope you will enjoy your time relaxing here, and soaking up the sun, taking a hammock on a two hour ride to nowhere or hiking the crater your house sits in. This gorgeous home is centered around an enormous, 50-foot diameter, open-air rancho perched right above the ocean with a new pool overlooking the surf. A private stair leads down to the sandy beach and tide pools. The two-story sleeping structure adjacent to the rancho and pool, has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, ocean views and an abundance of ventilation. The upper-level bedrooms open onto a large veranda where you can hang in a hammock and enjoy the sea view.

We offer 60 courtesy kilowatt hours per night of rental. We capture the starting point upon check in and calculate the amount used during stay.
