The apartment features a comfortable bedroom at the back of the building, with a queen-size bed and access to your 20m² private terrace. With a quality sofa-bed in the living room, it easily accommodates up to 4 people. The dining-area has an open and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower. It guarantees you a perfect stay!

Gastvrij genieten, dat is ons motto. U bent welkom in onze luxe, zeer complete B&B: 'Tussen Broek en Duin'. Onlangs vernieuwd met airco en nieuwe harde vloeren. Wij maken zeer goed schoon. Bij een boeking vanaf 2 volwassenen heeft u privégebruik van twee kamers met eigen badkamer en apart toilet. Heel kindvriendelijk. Geniet ook van onze tuin. Uitzondering: boekt u voor 1 persoon dan heeft u een privékamer met TV, koelkast, magnetron. Maar heel misschien moet u badkamer en apart toilet delen.

Hoeve Coudewater is een zeer ruime eigentijdse vakantiewoning met privé-ingang en is onlangs gerenoveerd in een deel van een langgevelboerderij, waar ooit de koeienstal en hooizolder was. De woonruimte beschikt op de begane grond over een entree, een volledig ingerichte keuken, een eethoek en een zithoek met uitzicht op de koeienweide. Daarnaast zijn er in eigen tuin twee afzonderlijke terrassen. Op de bovenverdieping bevindt zich de badkamer en de zeer grote slaapkamer met "walk-in closet".

Architectuur volgens de Bosscheschool. Het verborgen huisje is op korte fietsafstand van Den Bosch en bijv taleninstituut Regina Coeli. De rust, ondanks het treinspoor dichtbij, de tuin, uitzicht op de plas, dit alles maakt dit tot een uniek plekje.
