Our studio is perfectly placed for stunning views of our mountain and rolling hill landscapes. A weekend get away or longer retreat will be rewarded with privacy and peace to relax inside or on the spacious patio that captures amazing afternoon sunshine and sun sets! The main bedroom is detached from the living and kitchen, which has a fold out couch for extra guests. Relax in the outdoor bath and enjoy the simplicity of living off grid without lacking to many home comforts. Toilet is detached.

Experience our bespoke, solar powered cabin, rustic but surrounded by nature. With an outdoor bath, ( not hot tub) overlooking the river. This private area is perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with yourself. Wear covering clothing outdoors for insects 15 minutes from Hobbiton, close to Te Waihou Blue spring and the beautiful Waiwere falls Arriving at night, follow the solar lights. Dogs are welcome but no aggressive dogs and a lead is required when walking.

Tranquill Country Retreat in Rotorua City

Country living within city limits overlooking a small pond with views toward Mt Ngongotaha and the hills around Rotorua. This property is NOT suitable for children. It has a kitchenette, with a fridge, small gas hob and microwave, a bedroom and ensuite. The small living area opens fully on to a substantial covered deck, doubling your living space. The property is down a long ROW, tucked in behind some fruit trees and overlooking a small pond.
