Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

The property is finished to a high specification and has a separate garden with stunning views from the patio. Guests have their own access into the downstairs seating and dining area which leads to the well equipped kitchenette and shower room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and lounge area with beautiful views.

Our guest suite is ideally situated for those who wish to explore North Wales’ beautiful and picturesque mountains and coastal areas as well as experience adrenalin busting adventures such as the zip line, quarry karts and quarry flyer at Zip World Penrhyn Quarry in Bethesda, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Your space is on the ground floor of our sea-front home in Mumbles, offering uninterrupted views of Swansea Bay. From the suite, you can see Mumbles Lifeboat Station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite features a king-size bed, corner sofa (also a sofa bed), full size fridge, table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50” TV, and WiFi. Trampoline at the back. Please note, no cooking facilities are provided but we do have bowls, plates, glasses etc.

The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views.
