Bei uns wohnst Du sehr zentral aber auch im Grünen mit vielen Ausflugszielen in der Nähe und dem Salzach Radweg in nur wenigen Metern Entfernung. Welcome to the Laschenskygut in Wals near Salzburg! The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Salzburg, surrounded by green meadows with a magnificent view of the mountains. With a direct bus connection, only 600 meters away, you can get directly to the city center of Salzburg. A restaurant and bakery are within walking distance. Many excursion destinations can be reached by public transport or by car. This can be parked in the free car park directly at the accommodation.

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung mit alten Parkettböden im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses aus dem Jahr 1938. Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer (Bett 180 cm), Wohnzimmer, Bad und Garderobe. Eine gemütliche Laube steht dir vor deiner Eingangstüre zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist so eingerichtet wie ich es selber gerne habe wenn ich Gast bin: In der Garderobe ist Platz für zwei große Koffer, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten Sachen aufzuhängen. Die Atmosphäre ist bunt, individuell und verspielt.

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Welcome to your holiday apartment in Salzburg. It is located in the suburbs of the beautiful city of Salzburg and you can explore the city easily with the bus. the house is around 3 km away from the city center but the bus station is only 50 m away from the house and leaves every 15 minutes. The flat is completely new renovated and has everything for a spoilt holiday. I m a tour guide and would love to give you some advice (if you want so).
