It boasts a brand new bathroom and kitchen, new flooring throughout and is tastefully decorated in coastal blue hues with a touch of shabby chic. Steps away from a beautiful beach, restaurants, ice cream and fine dining. There are two kayaks to take down to the waters edge and paddle around Shell Point. Close to fishing tours and canal cruising. Payton's Place has three bedrooms with queen-size beds. The master bedroom has a deck with ocean views.
