There is a double lockup garage and carport for a trailer or boat. A covered entertainment with barbecue facilities provides a place to unwind after a busy day.

It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with only a short walk to Warwick’s main street and a variety of restaurants, entertainment facilities and Showgrounds. It is less than 6 kilometres drive from the Morgan Park sporting precinct, close to schools, and the Warwick hospital. An ideal base for groups, families and couples visiting the area for events, festivals or work contracts. Bookings are for the entire house, not shared in any way.

It is ideally situated on the side of a hill to allow for beautiful panoramic views. It sits on a fully fenced 5 acre block. We have recently moved to the block & living in the top shed. We both will use the same gate but this is all you will see of us. Your privacy will be respected but here if you need us.
