The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

We are ready to accommodate large groups with a full kitchen and room in the upstairs loft for extra inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. FYI -If you are bringing your pet, the fee is $5 per night for extra cleaning .We love longer stays and offer a 5% discount for 7 days and 10% for 30 days! Come relax and enjoy the view!

We live in a quiet, safe neighborhood in a tight knit community. We would love to introduce you to the beauty of Lancaster County and are in proximity to many major tourist destinations including Hershey, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC and New York.

Greystone House

Our goal was to create a cozy and quiet place to relax in or as a home base for checking out the area. Most of Lancaster Co. is less than a 30 min. drive away. A cafe, pizza shop and ice cream shop (the best!) are about 1/2 mile away. Many more are close by in the town of Ephrata or just a few miles farther in the town of Lititz-home of Wilbur chocolate. You will have your own space in our home, but separated by a locked door.
