Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet maker's. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

Bring the whole family. Lots of room for fun. Spend time barbecuing on the deck while the sun sets or relax with a fire by the lake. This spacious home is on a secluded private lake with all of the up north vibes but the benefit of being near the city. You are five minutes from downtown Oxford and also close to downtown Lake Orion. The Polly Anne Trail is close by with walking and biking trails. We recently added a NEW king size bed. Take your own boat around the lake(please make early accommodations ) swim in the clear sand bottom water or enjoy the views from the large porch. Bonfire is ready for smores with plenty of chairs! Fishing is amazing ranging from walleye, to sunfish and bluegill.Winter allows for ice skating and ice fishing. This home is truly loved by all regardless of season.
