The Loblolly Pine Room

This is a one bedroom (King Bed and a single pull out) one bath space with a separate game/entertainment room with a pool table. It has a small coffee/snack bar area. This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. The Bright Side Inn is located on the grounds of Bright Side Youth Ranch. Only 30 minutes from Charlotte NC, this renovated travel trailer is nestled on the 15 peaceful acres of the ranch. Features include a queen bed with 2 bunks with comfortable bedding. The living area includes a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and sofa. Amenities include linens, dishes, coffee and treats for the horses. Enjoy a walk around the pond, meet the horses and warm up next to an evening fire.
