Artists Cabin at the foot of the South Downs Way

Our restful cabin is situated in a peaceful spot within our garden, with views on to open fields and the Downs beyond. It offers a perfect rest spot for walkers and cyclists exploring the beautiful countryside on and around the South Downs Way. Our village has two fabulous pubs, a unique village shop with its own little outdoor cafe, and is just a 15 minute drive from the market town of Petworth, Polo at Midhurst, 20 minutes from Goodwood, and 1/2 hour from the Cathedral City of Chichester.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

The Piggery, Henley Hill

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. After 6 years superhosting over 500 guests The Piggery has just received a full renovation for 2024 and is looking extra lovely, we can’t wait to welcome you.

Idyllic Cottage in the heart of The South Downs

The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

Just 5 mins from Goodwood, our cosy wooden cabin is set in the South Downs National Park, in a quiet and pretty village. Nestled in a peaceful, private spot at the edge of our garden with lovely views to the open countryside, the cabin gives a feeling of being away from it all and yet is only a 15 min drive to Chichester, a 30 min drive to the sandy beach at West Wittering and just a 3 minute stroll to the village pub. There are lots of lovely walks and cycle routes in the surrounding area.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. Laburnums Loft is a self contained apartment with its own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed + a sofa bed in the lounge/tv. area. You have allocated off road parking and free wifi. Located in a quiet road between Arundel(6mls) Chichester(7mls) Bognor Regis(5mls) Goodwood(8mls) Beaches(6mls) Fontwell racecourse(1.5mls). The lovely N.Trust village of Slindon, gateway to miles of beautiful South Downs National Park walking and cycling routes, is only 6 minutes away

This detached, cosy “cottage” within a working farmyard location, is nestled in the South Downs National Park. It is the perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the countryside, as it is recognised for its outstanding natural beauty. We want you to feel at home, and have equipped the cottage accordingly. We are located a stone’s throw from Goodwood and Cowdray, and forty minutes from the coast. The area is renowned for its excellent public footpaths, cycle trails and pubs.

Quintessential South Downs Cottage

This rustic cottage sits at the foot of the South Downs, hike up 20 minutes and you are on top of the World! The cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex rural village. Easy access to Midhurst and within walking distance to The Blue Bell Inn. An array of alternative pubs can be found within an easy drive, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by the wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

The Cowshed, Midhurst

The Cowshed is within walking distance of the centre of Midhurst. Midhurst lies in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a wealth of walking opportunities. Enjoy walking or mountain-biking on the South Downs Way (local bike hire available), explore the beautiful National Trust gardens at Woolbeding, Polo at Cowdray Park or the fantastic sandy beach at West Wittering. Goodwood is a short drive away.

Located in the heart of the South Downs National Park, our beautiful, refurbished annexe is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With its own separate entrance and parking, your South Downs retreat is tastefully furnished with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Highlights include the roll top bath, log burning stove, private patio, and use of the outdoor hydrotherapy Jacuzzi located within our stunning 1-acre garden.
