Head to the beach less than 4 miles away to lay out in the sun, walk the strand, grab a cup of coffee, or eat some yummy food. Only a 5 minute walk and you'll find yourself at Wilson Park with many fun activities including pickleball, batting cages, and a huge farmers market. 15min walk to Gracie jiu-jitsu University Torrance.

Come and relax and unwind in our brand new tiny home in the back of our house! It's equipped with full bath and shower, AC & heater, desk, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a queen size bed. You have full private access to the standalone unit, as well as the shared backyard space. Note there is another tiny home next to yours.
