No aggressive breeds & weight limit 30 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash and not left unattended outside. Must be in a kennel if left alone inside.

Brand new salt water, custom pool. Hot tub open year round. 800 sq ft of deck space, half screened/covered. Big, spacious house great for families. Two separate living areas to spread out in- the upstairs area feels like you are in the tree tops with a deck and balcony to walk out on. No parties!
