106 Stirling Terrace is in the heart of one of WA’s historical towns. This house was built in the late 1950’s by a man, who the current owners called, ‘Grandad Largie’ (My Great Grandad). Today, the house has had a few touch ups. A fresh coat of paint, reborn of the floorboards and a new kitchen. Perfect for a getaway with the family, friends or someone special. The house is walking distance to all the shops and attractions on the main road. 3 bedrooms, 2Q and 1D bed and an extra single bed.

Luigi's Place - sleeps six in comfort

Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free wifi, wide driveway, equipped galley kitchen, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: the toilet is outside (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. No washing machine or dryer. The large rammed earth home with 4 spacious bedrooms and a total of five beds with the master bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The home is open plan and features a large and modern, farm style fully equipped kitchen that adjoins the family room with its iconic, cast iron pot belly stove to keep you cosy in the colder months and also has reverse cycle air conditioning for the warmer months. There is a central games room with a pool table and a TV.

Swan Valley Heights - Suffolk Studio

This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.
