'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance & is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

The Den

The Den is an area separated from the main house by a sliding door. It has patio doors onto a small balcony providing its own ndependent access. Lovely garden. The 'kitchen' is limited and is part of the laundry room. It has a Meile oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster and sink but not really suitable for big cook ups. Many buses to city centre. Easy access to the hills, Water of Leith, East and West Loithian and the airport if travelling by car. There is free parking.

CHECK-IN is from 13:00. Bright flat just 5 km away from the city centre and 9 km from the airport, with FREE car parking ALONG THE ROAD. The guest room features a double bed, fresh linens, pillows and towels. Your room has a lock and locks from INSIDE ONLY. The bus connection is excellent both to the airport (30 mins) and to the city centre (15-20 mins). Several supermarkets to choose from nearby. The area is very quiet - also a big park right in front of the house with lots of green areas.

Our home is perfectly located with excellent transport links to access Edinburgh Airport, the city centre and Ocean Terminal. There is a lovely private garden with a Summerhouse. We are a short walk to Murrayfield Stadium and a 7 minute tram ride to Edinburgh West End, 10 minutes to Edinburgh Mound and 15 minutes to Edinburgh Waverley Train Station. We are in a quiet residential area but in minutes you can be in the midst of the bars, cafes and restaurants.

Charming Room in a Serene Edinburgh Neighbourhood

Room is located on the first floor in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. There is fresh bedding in the room to ensure a comfortable night sleep. The room boasts a view of the Edinburgh Zoo. Pentland hills can also be seen from the shared living room and shared kitchen (good for hiking and skiing). The place is a short walk to the tram, which you can take to get to Edinburgh city centre and airport in < 19 mins. Supermarket is also walking distance.

Lovely apartment close to city, garden & driveway

This is not a good choice of apartment if you are looking to go out, get drunk, play loud music and make a lot of noise. I have neighbours with young children so there is zero tolerance on parties, loud music, disturbing the neighbours or having guests in the property in addition to the those who booked (2 max.). I will be advised of these situations and will have no option but to end your stay and seek compensation.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Good base for exploring Scotland with free parking. Very good access to city center which is just 20 mins away. Airport - 10 mins away Bus stop just 100 m from apartament. Another 4 bus stops 200 m away Shopping center with bank, post, many shops, barber, gym, cinema, pub and restaurant. Is just 200 m away. Fast broadband Netflix Live tv

Cosy loft conversion in bungalow, sharing front door with resident. 4 miles from the city centre with great transport amenities outside front door. Pub and cafe 2 minutes walk. Comprising 2 double bedrooms sitting area/lounge, shower room and small kitchen with fridge, microwave and kettle. People from all backgrounds are most welcome in my home.
