Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 PM there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.

A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. It is less crowded and where the higher end establishments are located.
