The unit is complete with toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner induction stove, small refrigerator and bathroom with shower. This unit shares the property with another Tiny Home where the owner lives full time.

With its own private entrance, you will have the downstairs apartment in our gorgeous island home, surrounded by massive cedar and fir trees, lush landscaping, and a beautiful, large pond. The Bit & Bridle Cabin has that out-in-the-country feel, yet it is only minutes from Oak Harbor's town center. This small 17 acres farm provides Donna's horses room to play and live and Stan's Autobody & Paint Shop a place to thrive. Other buildings besides the Cabin and the owners' house are a covered riding arena, Stan Wingate's shop, a "Fowl Manor" and run, and a small family residence. Ten beautiful old apple trees are scattered around. The Cabin is next to one of the apple orchards.

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.
