"Wilma" - Riverfront Cabin

This recently improved riverfront cabin, has a style all its own. Open entertainment space extends on to the 40 ft long deck. The many windows and doors allow nature in, complementing the locally sourced live edge countertops in the kitchen. Beautiful views are seen of the lush landscaping, river and distant mountain, from every room. The kitchen offers all ammenities, such as a dishwasher, large french door style refrigerator, and a ton of storage along with ample countertops.

Private Scenic Retreat

The entire place is yours to enjoy! Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

Fieldcrest Cottage

Enjoy our family friendly cottage sleeps 12, with two bedrooms that each have a queen bed and 2 sets of single bunk beds. Located just a few miles from town, our cottage is on a quiet road. It features an open living/dining room and kitchen area. The large covered deck with a ceiling fan and rocking chairs allows you plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the scenic views of our 60 acre property of woods and farmland.

The Milk House

Adorable little place to call your home away from home. Living room, kitchen with appliances, dishes, silverware, etc bathroom with accessories and king size bed. 2 big screen TV's with cable and WiFi. Dog and cat friendly with a fenced in yard and a dog run. Close by to Dunkin Donuts, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park is 2 minutes away if you want to get out and go for a stroll.

The Bar(n)- Cozy chalet with hot tub and campfire

Not your daddy’s barn. This bar(n) is professionally designed with modem flair, beautiful furniture, a hot tub, WFH setup, campfire, and pizza oven. What more could you want? Under 15 minutes to downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Ithaca College. Level 2 EV charger with NACS (Tesla) and J1772. Dogs welcome (when added to reservation)- sorry no cats or other pets.

Reserve both units (Sunflower Suite & Barn Loft) together and save! Our B&B is located on the second floor of a converted carriage house and barn adjacent to our family's home. Privacy-Country Apartment

We try our best to create a home for travelers and this is perfect for business travelers, couples, small families, LGBTQ friendly, solo travelers. We are very country and have visitors of the animal-type that visit such as turkeys and deer. We have cats and dogs in other areas of the building but not in the apartment.
