The garage has outdoor recreation gear, like snowshoes and sleds. The den has a variety of toys, and games for kids and adults. The whole house, sauna house, barn and all 67 acres are all yours! Welcome to our fabulous farmhouse on 3 green acres! Enjoy amazing views of Lake Sadawga and the surrounding Green Mountains as you kick back in our cozy stylishly furnished home. The house comfortably sleeps 8+ with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a finished loft space. We are located off the beaten path on a paved road with multi-car parking. This wonderful year-round retreat is a short drive to skiing at Mt. Snow, boating in Harriman Reservoir, and easily accessible to local amenities.

Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.

Enjoy a peaceful and unique stay at this beautiful 1796 Sugar House. Luxury bedding, cozy fireplace, soaring timbers to a cathedral ceiling make this a special place. There is a Queen size bed on the main floor and twin beds in the sleeping loft accessible by a ladder. Try some of our wonderful local restaurants and shops. Lots of hiking trails to explore. Winter sports all around, or just enjoy some hot chocolate, a fire, and a good book. You are sure to enjoy the “Sugar House”.

Time travel to 1958 in this architectural gem! This mid-century modern glass and wood cabin is 300 yards away from a charming small lake. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.
