Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with private kitchen, shower room and living room. The bedroom & living room are freshly decorated. Guests have their own entrance to the annex which is adjoining to the main house but separated by two doors. Feel free to use the garden and bar-be-que and to sit wherever you like. We have a friendly dog who will wonder around but keep away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy

The unique Tin Shed has been designed using sustainable and recycled materials, featuring original art from local artists and filled with natural light. It is lined with wood creating a warm and natural ambiance and it also has a wood burner. A compact, well equipped kitchen, living space, ground floor bathroom with power shower and WC. Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

Take a break and relax in a beautiful village/countryside location. The cottage, which dates back to 1650, is a short walk to the Malvern hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are public country footpaths from the front of the cottage that are a walkers paradise. Alternatively, the large private gardens are perfect for relaxing. The house is a self contained, annexe to the Stables. It is comfortably furnished and has a small private garden with patio to the rear of the building.

Fairways Annexe is found in Sinton Green situated 10mins drive from Worcester and beautiful Worcestershire countryside -some beautiful local walks, the R.Severn, Witley court and the Malverns, all on your doorstep . You have a private entrance (and key) and your own use of a large bedroom/sitting room plus en-suite with shower and toilet, also a silent fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. An iron, toaster plus crockery are available upon request.
