This listing is for one side of the duplex. There is a shared parking area with the permanent resident of the other side of the duplex, but otherwise this listing is completely private- no shared interiors. This cottage is a great place to come relax! We are close to a few wineries and breweries. Come enjoy the peaceful property by the outdoor fire pit and patio. Please note we have a stove and toaster oven but not a oven.
