We allow small dogs at the Cottage (under 10kg) but if your pooch is larger - you can always book our second property Grasmere Lodge.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

You can enjoy your quiet stay with the company of farm animals outside your window. There are many animals on the farm which you can feed, including a donkey, goats and pony. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.

A private self-contained standalone cottages situated on 7 acres surrounded by nature with a view to inspire. The Cottage has the following facilities: Queen size bed, Kitchen, Fridge, TV, Stereo, Deck with BBQ so you can sit back and take in the ambiance.
